Groundwater Sustainability Plan

Kings River East Groundwater Sustainability Agency (KREGSA) prepared a groundwater sustainability plan (GSP) pursuant to California Water Code Section 10727, and it is available for public review.   The KREGSA held a public hearing on December 19, 2019, and adopted the GSP. This GSP will govern sustainable groundwater management within KREGSA’s jurisdictional boundaries and within the Kings Subbasin (Basin No. 5-22.08), in coordination with the other six GSAs.
